october 2016-april 2017 (if there is anyone still out there!)...

it's been a while (understatement), but i realized what a special resource this is to look back on, so i'm dumping pictures from the last seven months here in hopes that i can get back into the groove.  this blog  has morphed over time and now serves as a place to remember all that is happening in these busy busy times.  it must be said that one of my most loyal readers, my 95 year old grandmother, passed away this winter…and i realized how much i was keeping this blog for her, so she could see the kids and all their action.  and the other night i looked back in the archives and realized that i find immense joy in the blog, too…so again, here i am!

in the name of simplicity, i'm going to post each month with a few captions.

we celebrated easter, went to new harbor, had a birthday (jazz) complete with a new tractor, got a haircut, met a baby goat, did bike rides, went to the eye doctor, and rode in our new minivan:)

two videos that i wanted to share are of maeve ripping it up on the slopes at sugarloaf after her lesson! go maeve!

and the moment that the dyer siblings all met each other (heart melting)...

and just like that we are essentially caught up!  in a single sentence you are…

maeve…artistic, smart, curious, and so interested in letters/math/words.  you are independent and yet always checking in,

jasper…you love superheroes and josie…tractors and doing projects.  you are snuggly and silly.

josie…you love to be held and you've completed our family.  in fact, your name means "addition to the family" which is just about as perfect a name as could be.

my mama heart has grown…bursting with love and in awe of what i've created in you marvelous, crazy, energetic beings! xoxox!
