i've fallen off the wagon...

but i am getting back on.

it's december first and i'm committing to the following this month:
  • flossing every day
  • taking my vitamins every day
  • working out a minimum of 4x/week
  • wearing my night guard to bed each night so i don't grind away all of my teeth (too much information?)
i'm unsure if i'm going the positive or negative reinforcement route. any ideas?
